In some plants, the high reliability of the control systems leaves plant people un-practiced in working on the equipment. We provide refresher training or direct support for equipment such as PLCs, variable speed drives, etc. Critical skills or knowledge can be lost over time or lost due to retirement or personnel changes. We provide transition assistance to rebuild or regroup technical knowledge and teach it to those who can effectively use it.
